A Letter From My Past Self
Advice I honestly still need to hear.
When mining my old writings to find something for you, gentlereaders, on this first Friday of the month, I found something that took me a bit aback. It’s a letter I wrote to myself, and not only do I not remember writing it, but it’s uncharacteristically kind to myself. I don’t talk to myself this gently nearly as often as I should, and it was kind of nice to read. I wrote it as part of Dianna Agron’s Charlie Challenge in May 2012, so almost 12 years ago, but before I break down what advice I took, what I still need to take, here it is in full:
